The perfect Account Executive will be responsible for promoting Ooma’s unmatched service and products within a dedicated market territory. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to build their book of business by hitting the pavement and making connections with small to mid-sized business owners. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell Ooma’s business products and solutions directly to small and mid-market companies.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through prospecting
  • Follow-up with current opportunities and contact new leads via outbound calling and door knocking
  • Build a strong pipeline to ensure quota is consistently met
  • Demo the Ooma platform
  • Document activity in Salesforce


Job Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of value-based selling consistently delivering at and above quota 
  • 1+ years proven ability to hunt and prospect for sales opportunities
  • B2B background ideal: Technology, Telecom, or other related industry exp. Preferred 
  • Demonstrate talent and hustle - ability to drive sales cycle with the decision maker.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed quota
  • Proven ability to manage leads, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done 
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficiency with Salesforce preferred
