We’re seeking a strategic and creative doer who is ready to play a key role on Ooma’s brand team. Our ideal candidate has a love of storytelling and is collaborative and outgoing. While organized and a planner, they are also nimble enough to take advantage of opportunities that present themselves to our growing brand. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and work with our content team, design team and several agencies to support cross-functional teams with brand and creative assets.


Job Requirements:

  • Maintain brand guidelines, and ensure that brand positioning, messaging, voice and aesthetic are expressed with integrity across all brand activities
  • Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, coordinating internally and with our creative team, agencies and other external partners
  • Support the retail channel with product images, training assets, ads and content syndication
  • Manage promotional calendar and campaigns, from development to execution
  • Assist with event and video production
  • Be the gatekeeper for all brand assets, updating as needed
  • Assist with customer experience audits to continuously optimize
  • Keep up with latest industry trends in consumer brands and all things marketing, and proactively drop knowledge with the team


Job Qualifications:

  • Passionate about branding, with an eye for great design and strong writing skills
  • Seasoned but scrappy, ideally with 3-5 years of brand/marketing experience; e-commerce and retail a plus; Bachelor’s degree preferred, MBA a plus
  • Self-starter, hungry to grow and learn alongside our company
  • Creative and collaborative - you enjoy working with others to discover new opportunities and find novel, outside-of-the-box solutions
  • Organized, meticulous, and able to juggle many projects at once
  • An excellent communicator and storyteller
