The ISP partner manager is responsible for driving residential sales and developing relationships for within the

ISP channel.


Duties of the Channel Sales Manager

  • Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
  • Identifying, pitching and closing agreements with new ISP channel partners.
  • Creating and Implementing channel marketing plans for ISP partners.
  • Working closely with ISP partners to train their staff on activation of Ooma products.
  • Coordinate with OSS, Product, Marketing and other internal departments and stakeholders to launch and on-board ISP partners in a smooth and rapid fashion.
  • Create and manage your prospect pipeline
  • Weekly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners.
  • Working to partner acquisition and unit sales targets as set by the Sales VP.
  • Addressing and coordinating internal support for resolution of customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.
  • Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization, particularly business end users serviced by ISP partners.


Background of the Channel Sales Manager

  • Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the ISP category and channel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
  • Detailed in follow up and well organized
  • Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
