Job Responsibilities:

  • Record and track operation deliverables
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Ensure the team has the tools needed to accomplish the task
  • Update manufacturing operation deliverable report
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports
  • Follow up and remind responsible party of upcoming schedule
  • Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issue that arise
  • Analyze risk and opportunities


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and action plans
  • Solid organization skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Computer experience with Windows Operating System
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
