About the role:

The Infrastructure Services Team is part of Netops providing IaaS with a hybrid approach, mixing in a large physical footprint with traditional data centers and cloud service solutions.  The team’s primary role is to ensure that the infrastructure components backing all of Ooma’s services is maintained and running optimally.  The position will involve data center upkeep, physically and virtually, and such tasks as dealing with hardware replacements, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, Linux OS installations, provisioning new hardware, and organizing each of the data centers in different location across the US.

If you are interested in the hardware and software that it takes to run a global communications platform and you have strong organizational skills along with enthusiasm and a passion for technology, then this is the role for you.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science ( or equivalent/related experience)
  • Basic knowledge of OSes (preferably Linux distributions)
  • Introductory knowledge of network computing preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer/server components

  • Some background on OS installations is preferred
  • Open to traveling across the US to help manage data centers
