Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound orders over the phone
  • Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Records information and ensures quality of data in Salesforce and other internal systems that support sales
  • Duties will include order processing / entry utilizing Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's –
  • Ensure data integrity and quality across key reporting systems to provide consistency of data
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team are on board
  • Proactively execute and provide guidance on sales and service requests
  • Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent 10-key and typing accuracy
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and mange time effectively
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Spanish Speaking required
